Ardoz Healthcare International develops and produces cosmetic and medical device products based on the unique Ardox-X® active oxygen technology. Ardoz is the inventor of this stabilized complex, which enables the controlled release of active oxygen in a safe manner

Unlike traditional oxygen donors, Ardox-X® releases oxygen without generating harmful free radicals and can be used safely for as long as needed.

Ardox-X® technology

Our Ardox-X® technology is designed to release active oxygen under specific conditions such as contact with saliva, enzymes or the skin environment. This controlled activation ensures targeted oxygen delivery where it is needed most.

Oral care

Our Ardox-X® active oxygen technology is used in multiple oral care applications, including the treatment of periodontitis, peri-implantitis, gingivitis and halitosis. It penetrates biofilm, reduces harmful bacteria and supports tissue healing.

Skin care

Our Ardox-X® active oxygen technology is used in dermatological applications. It treats red, itchy and scaly skin or scalp that is caused by psoriasis and dermatitis (eczema).

Scientific Validation

Our Ardox-X® technology is supported by various scientific studies and clinical evaluations, demonstrating its effectiveness in reducing biofilm, improving oral health and helping to maintain a healthy skin microbiome balance.

Founded in 2002, Ardoz combines scientific research with product development and has its own R&D laboratory for technology research, product development and analytical measurements. Through continuous research and international partnerships, Ardoz develops cosmetic and medical device products for oral care and skin care based on our active oxygen technology.

For the Dutch retailers Kruidvat and Trekpleister (part of AS Watson), we produce private label Eczema cream and Psoriasis balm for nationwide retail distribution.

For the German company Hager & Werken, we produce Oxysafe Professional, a medical device Class IIa. The system combines an in-practice gel treatment with a complementary home-care liquid.

For Evolsin, we develop & produce private label Eczema & Psoriasis products based on our active oxygen technology, including creams, lotions and shampoo.

For the Sunstar GUM company we developed and produce the sub-brand O7 Active, an oxygen-based mouthrinse successfully introduced in the Benelux mass retail market.

For Dyna Dental, we developed and produce Implaclean®, an implant toothpaste with our Ardox-X® technology and lactoferrin, developed for low abrasivity and implant protection.
