Ardoz is the data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

This privacy statement applies to:
– Visitors to the Ardoz website
– Persons who contact us via e-mail or contact form
– Contact persons of (potential) business relations

Ardoz focuses exclusively on business-to-business (B2B) services. The website is not  intended for consumers or minors.

Ardoz only processes personal data that is necessary for its business activities and website functionality.

When you contact us (for example via e-mail or a contact form), we may process the following data:

– Company name
– Telephone number

– Securing and optimizing our website

Personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing.
